e statement fAQs

Q. What type of e-statement is available on the Internet?
A. Checking and Savings statements.

Q. How long will the statements remain available on the Internet?
A. 18 months.

Q. How long does the User ID have to be?
A. Minimum of 3 alphanumeric, case-sensitive characters.

Q. How long does the Password have to be?
A. All Passwords must be 8-16 characters long and must contain at least one numeric and alphanumeric character.

Q. Can I allow someone to view my statement that is not named on the account?
A.
You can allow anyone access to view your account from your own PC by accessing your e-statements and completing the account access information. The other party will then receive an e-mail that contains an invitation code. They will log in, enter that invitation code, and be able to view the statement to which you have granted them access.

Q. Why can't I access or print my e-statement?
A. You must have Adobe® Reader®. There is a free link to use if you need it.

Q. I have enrolled, but I can't get my e-statement.
A. You must complete your enrollment using the e-mail confirmation sent to you.

ESB Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
